Behind the scene
Upon arriving at Bellinge House B&B and Wellness, guests will be greeted by Kornelia, the proprietor and driving force behind the establishment. Kornelia is a multi-talented individual with a background in hospitality and event planning, as well as alternative health and a science degree in Chinese Medicine. She moved to Denmark from London to be closer to her family and to run her business, which includes practice both, at the House and in Copenhagen. Kornelia values both the city and her country living, finding the balance to be perfect.
Additionally, guests will also meet Konrad, who plays many roles in the B&B. He is Kornelia’s father, grandfather, and skilled gardener and handyman. Konrad is an excellent host, always happy to help and known for his outstanding sense of humour. Without his contributions and ideas, Bellinge House would not be the charming and welcoming establishment that it is today.
Cancellation Policy
At Bellinge House, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Treatments and Single Reservations:
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations of treatments and single reservations.
Cancellations must be submitted via email and await approval before they are considered valid otherwise a full payment will be applied.
Group Events:
For group event cancellations, we require a notice period of six weeks.
This applies to cancellations of scheduled events or group bookings.
To ensure a seamless booking process and guarantee your reservation, we kindly request a 50% down payment deposit. This deposit secures your accommodation, with the final payment due six weeks prior to your reservation date. Please note that we are unable to hold a request for longer than 24 hours without confirmation.
Wedding Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total wedding package cost is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 12 weeks (84 days) before the wedding date.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the wedding date will forfeit the deposit but will not be charged the remaining balance.
Cancellations made 12 weeks or less before the wedding date are subject to full payment of the contracted amount.
Additional Costs: Any extra services or costs incurred during the event will be invoiced immediately after the wedding and must be paid within 7 days.
Accommodation:
Cancellation of single accommodation reservations requires a minimum of 48 hours and six weeks' notice for a group bookings.
Please note that any cancellations made within these specified notice periods may be subject to charges or forfeiture of deposit.
In cases where cancellations are made well in advance of the notice periods mentioned above, a full refund can be issued.
